About us

Heacham South Beach Owners Association exists in order to manage and protect the area and services on Heacham South Beach in the interests of the homeowners.

The Association is run by a voluntary committee of members, who meet on an as needed basis throughout the year, with an Annual General Meeting on the last weekend of May.

Membership is £50 per property per year for owners who do not commercially rent their properties and £200 a year for those who advertise their homes for rental.

The Association provides specific points of contacts and a forum for communication between property owners regarding any issues to do with the Heacham South Beach area. The main issues dealt with by the Association include.

  • Maintenance of the private road

  • Refuse Collection

  • Protection of Rights of Way and Access to the Beach

  • Liason with the Environment Agency regarding the shoreline management and Flood Risk issues in the surrounding area.

  • Organisation of annual community / social events such as Fronts v Backs Cricket Match, Sandcastle Competition and Beach Cleaning Events.
