Annual General Meeting

We manage and protect Heacham South Beach for the benefit of all homeowners in the area. Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) provides an opportunity for the committee and all association members to:

  • Discuss plans for the upcoming year.

  • Discuss matters including: upkeep of our roadway, seawater quality, beach cleanliness, rights of way, flood defences, planning matters and more.

  • Meet other members and engage with the beach community.

  • Show appreciation for the work done behind the scenes.

The annual meeting is 10am–12pm on the Sunday of the second May bank holiday. At Old Friends Hall - Heacham Parish Council Office. Address: Sunnyside, Heacham, King's Lynn PE317DU

Annual Beach Clean
Sandcastle Competition

About: We host a family friendly sandcastle building competition on the beach

Cricket Match

About: Every year we gather to collect rubbish we find on the beach to help maintain its beauty so we can all enjoy it for many years to come.

When: 10am on Saturday of the final weekend in August

Where: Outside Old Times (Property number 43)

About: The annual cricket match is one played between the Fronts (beachfront houses) and the backs (riverside houses). This tradition has been kept since the 1980s, and the running score is 15-19, to the backs. This is a family friendly event which consists of a (very) casual bit of garden cricket (played with a tennis ball), followed by a BBQ and drinks. All are welcome!
